I started playing drums when I was 9 years old, inspired by my favourite drummer, Craig Kneale from Twin Atlantic. It quickly became clear that drumming was all I wanted to do, and it has become my life.! I started taking drums more seriously at the age of 12, when I went into my first year of high school. I have finished my HNC in Music, and I am almost finished my HND Music Course.

Throughout the years I've played in several bands, including college bands, church bands and a ceilidh band. I've been drumming for 'Sonic Noise' for over a year and a half, gigging regularly throughout Glasgow and the central belt. Through college, I formed 'Ashes and Velvet' with my classmates in September 2024.

I enjoy listening to a wide range of music, and my drumming heroes come from various genres - John Bonham (Led Zeppelin), Craig Kneale (Twin Atlantic), Carlton Barrett (Bob Marley and the Wailers), Gene Krupa (jazz drummer).
This foundation has enabled me to develop my repertoire, and I am confident playing a wide variety of genres and styles.
